This boot features a waterproof GORE-TEX bootie, a beefy 600g of THINSULATE insulation (the max insulation available in a combat boot), and moisture wicking lining for maximum comfort. An steel toe provides protection from falling objects and is embedded in the boot so it will not conduct heat or cold. The C775 ST is U.S. Army Combat Uniform Approved for the new OCP uniform. The Vibram 360 Fire & Ice sole is specially designed not to stiffen in cold temperatures and to provide maximum traction on wet and icy surfaces. This boot is designed to provide the comfort of a running shoe but durability and performance of a combat boot.
